鎧沃實業擁有壹佰余臺註塑機臺的全套塑膠產品設備，包括雙色註塑機，德國DEMAG,日本TOYO和FANUC高速註塑機等。此外，為進一步擴大和豐富其生產線，還有超過50臺的矽膠註塑機，矽膠模壓機，矽膠點膠設備和五金壓鑄機臺等其他各類生產設備。
為進步滿足客戶的不同需求，鎧沃實業還建立了全套內部自動噴塗、水電鍍,真空電鍍車間、激光雕刻機、超聲波焊接機、絲印和移印及裝配車間。所有這些配套服務都在鎧沃實業內部完成，充分保證全部生產流程直至成品的質量控製和專業水準。
